Spaghettini with Crab

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients: (serves 4)

  • 400g La Molisana Spaghettini #16
  • 200g crab meat
  • 40g La Molisana Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300g cherry tomatoes cut in 4
  • 1 sprig flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Drain crab meat. In a pan sauté oil and garlic. Add to hot oil, cherry tomatoes and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add crab meat, parsley, and pepper. Stir and turn off.

2. In a large pot of boiling water cook spaghettini. Drain. Then add sauce and serve immediately.
